So, I bought the Silhouette Machine with your promotional code a while back and just wanted to let you know, that next time if you get a promotion, maybe its better to just keep it for American citizens. I live in Canada and so far, the machine was dead upon delivery (it wasn’t working when I got it) so now I have to send it back for a new one. But, it has been a week and it cannot get through customs into the states, AND FEDEx is now treating me like I’m a criminal.
I know there are many good things about the machine and what not, but to be fair, I would really appreciate it if we could hear about the delivery process because it really has been nothing but a hassle and a pain to deal with. To make it worse, because I’ve already agreed to make cards for friends, and I won’t have it in time, I wanted to get a refund on my purchase and not keep the machine. Silhouette WILL NOT DO THAT. Even though it was “dead upon delivery”, they said they will charge me all shipping costs and the trial fee (even though I’ve never used it – this being their fault).
