I am feeling jolly.
We have a couple holiday hot chocolate flavors we’ve been working on for months that are, at long last, almost ready for the shop.
We are on the verge of finalizing recipes, we just need some final input.
So we were wondering, would you be up for taste testing for us?
Taste testing would go a little something like last year.
Just leave a comment here if you are feeling so kind as to volunteer your palate,
or stop by our facebook page and volunteer.
Let us know if you are a dark or milk chocolate fan, or if you are willing to taste both. Or let us know if a friend will be tasting along side of you. Tonight we’ll pick a handful of tasters from those who are willing and we’ll pack up some samples and get some chocolate on your doorstep.

My oldest daughter is in Kindergarten this year, and when they talked about families they wrote one sentence about what their favorite thing is with each family member. The one she wrote for me was “drink hot chocolate and talk about our day”. We have hot chocolate dates regularly, and I think it would be so special to let her help taste and write descriptions. I think she’d rather milk, though I’m not anti anything chocolate. ;)

I am willing to taste both types. I recon your cholate busines would like to cater not only to American taste pallets, but to other cultures’ preceptions of taste as well. I live in the UK, but I am a Norwegian citizen, and I have just the international input you need! My roommates are british, sweedish and chineese, and we would all be willing to participate. If you choose us, we’ll also give you feedback on how well your product will handle overseas shipping.

What an amazing opportunity! My husband, 5 kids (ages 19 months- 13 yrs) and I love chocolate. So much so that the 19 month old knows where my chocolate stash is and tries to get into it frequently ;). In fact, the youngest two got into my birthday Godiva’s. Can’t say that I blame them.

Doing a tasting would be fabulous! I host a monthly meet-up with a group of 4-6 friends every month. It would be so much fun to surprise them with chocolate. I’m picturing serving it in little espresso cups! Both dark and milk would be a treat. With one friend 7 months pregnant, one friend planning a wedding, another who has a very emotionally draining job, at the end of the day we could all use a little chocolate :)

Love anything chocolate dark and milk the only one I don’t care for is white but it’s not real chocolate anyhow :D
